achieving equitable clinical trials
“When we were looking for a Black-owned video company to help us create impactful PSAs, we were very impressed with Fufu & Grits’ eye for editing, artistry and storytelling. The team at Fufu & Grits was passionate about our project from the start and we worked together through the challenges of producing five videos during a pandemic, supporting each other along the way and tirelessly working until we were all pleased with the final product. Our final products reflects a shared vision between our two organizations that was only possible due to the open communication with Fufu & Grits and the expertise they provided. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

American Lung Association
challenge
The pandemic heightened the many disaprities that people of color face within the American health care system. Recognizing that, The Aemrican Lung Association focused its efforts on health equity. They understood the need to raise awareness of clinical trials among Black lung cancer patients and hoped to create PSAs with a message that would reach those audiences.
