Senior Designer (Contract) – Brand Identity & UI/UX Design

Job description

We're seeking a Senior Designer on a contract basis to lead and execute brand identity and digital design projects. We need a designer with deep experience in brand identity and UI/UX design, with motion design skills as a plus. As a contract designer, you’ll work closely with our creative and strategy roles to deliver high-impact, culturally resonant design solutions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand identity projects, including logos, color schemes, typography, design templates and comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Lead the UI/UX design process for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring intuitive and user-centered designs.
  • Maintain consistency and cohesiveness in the brand experience across both digital and physical touch points.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative, tailored design solutions.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to ensure top-quality creative output.
  • Keep up with design trends and best practices in brand identity and UI/UX to incorporate into projects.
  • (Plus): Produce motion design elements to enhance storytelling and interaction in digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in brand identity and UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse branding and digital design projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design (Adobe After Effects or similar software).
